Im Doerfl
“Im Doerfl” is the local hotel located at the mountain “Grimming”. From the hotel you can enjoy the unrestricted views of the beautiful mountains, so what could be more natural than to give this to your guests as a sweet souvenir of their stay. The silicone mold was created based on pictures and the original topographic data of the mountain. Utilising the silicone model “The Chocolate Mountain” is a direct depiction of the real, rocky original mountain. The main challenge was to accurately reproducing the characteristic notch at the top of the Grimming. The result is a lonely (mountain) peak for both chocolate and mountain lovers! White chocolate can even be used to reproduce the characteristics snow-capped summit in great detail. Customers and guests are equally enthusiastic about this sweet Grimming treat!
